This is a full Yoga series on the 5 elements. You will experience all the traditional practices of yoga including Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Visualizations and Relaxation at the end of each session. You can attend all of them for a more balanced approach or choose the element that will most benefit you now in case you can't attend all the sessions. Each session is 60 minutes and will offer options for different levels. From Beginner to an experienced Yogi/Yogini.
