This July we are so deeply fortunate to have His Eminence Venerable Zasep Tulku Rinpoche present to us precious teachings on Chöd.

 

Chöd means to cut or sever and is the practice of cutting off from the self cherishing mind in order to give to visualized beings of the six realms. The method enables practitioners to transform what they are most attached to (their body) into food and articles of desire to beings seen and unseen. 

 

These teachings are suitable for practitioners who have the empowerment Opening of the Sky Door. One cannot do the practice without empowerment.​​
